I must admit the Naked 2 Urban decay eye shadow palette is one of my all time favourites! This palette features 12 insanely beautiful eye shadows, all in which are fairly neutral tones. The formulas glide across the lid without pulling or creasing and can be blended and layered very easily, creating a stunning eye look. The palette also comes with a dual ended eye shadow blending brush (which I have unfortunately lost) as well as a mirror.
The first half of the palette have the shades FOXY – cream bisque matte, HALF BAKED – golden bronze shimmer, BOOTYCALL – cork shimmer, CHOPPER – copper shimmer and silver micro glitter and TEASE – creamy pale brown matte.
The second half include the shades SNAKEBITE – dark bronze shimmer, SUSPECT – pale golden beige shimmer, PISTOL – light greyish brown shimmer, VERVE – oyster shimmer, YDK – cool bronze shimmer, BUSTED – deep brown shimmer and BLACKOUT – blackest black matte.
Here are the swatches on my arm from left to right in order of the eye shadow palette. I love experimenting with all the different colours. When creating a smokey eye look I always use the shades pistol, blackout and a touch of YDK. However my go to combination is usually the shades bootycall, chopper and suspect. These three colours create a shimmery look and are perfect for a night out.
Im always looking for new eye shadow pallets, if you have any suggestions please let me know!
It doesn’t matter how many times you visit the Zoo it will never get boring as there is always something different to look at and the animals are always up to various things. My favourite animals at the zoo are the Orangoutangs, Elephants and the Zebras. I also loved the butterfly enclosure. You don’t even want to know how long I spent in there waiting for one to land on me. The gibbon monkeys were great to look at as they came right up to the window and started swinging in front of us, the little show offs!
It was really upsetting to see that many animals are becoming close to extinct, some reasons for these are actually due to humans. Ill leave links below to specific campaigns in which you can get involved in helping saving these animals and becoming aware of the things that you may be doing wrong to increase the chance of extinction among animals.
When visiting the Zoo I recommend taking a picnic, Its really nice sitting outside on the grass area and admiring the scenery + the food there is very expensive and isn’t anything amazing. Overall it was a great day at the Melbourne Zoo and without a doubt I highly recommend visiting.

I don’t know about you but I have a hell of a lot of photos stored on both my computer and IPad. Recently I have been worried about these thousands of photos getting lost if something was to happen to my computer.
I’ve always been someone who loves reminiscing on memories, so I thought what better way to do this than printing my favourite moments out and putting them in an album so I can look back on them whenever I like.
So on my boring Friday morning this is exactly what I did!
Im really happy with how my album has turned out. I have only done last year and this year but will definitely be putting together more albums from previous years. I really encourage anyone who has been thinking about doing this or worried about photos getting lost, as I truly believe it is a great way to look back on previous memories.
If anyone has done something similar or I have inspired you to make an album like mine, I would love to see it!
Over the past 6 months I’ve had the opportunity to attend two music festivals. I absolutely love the atmosphere that the festivals produce, the entertainment is amazing and of course I enjoy spending the day with my friends.
My favourite festival was called ‘Let go fest’ located in Mornington. We really couldn’t have asked for a better day as the weather was perfect and the music and talent was outstanding. My outfit was very simple with minimal jewellery. I wore a plain white backless jumpsuit with floral detailing and paired it with a black belt and black sandals. I also painted my nails dark pink to add some colour to the overall look.
Groovin the Moo was the second festival I attended, located in Bendigo. Whilst it was a long journey to get there it was definitely worth it. My outfit for this festival consisted of a black denim skirt, a black bralet, a pink tie up top, denim jacket and a black chocker necklace. I placed a ton of glitter on my chest as well as a few stick on tattoo’s purchased from sportsgirl to enhance the festival vibe.
Hope you enjoyed this post, Let me know in the comments what outfit you liked best xx
